Clark’s Market has been serving Aspen since 1978, offering locals a spacious store filled with quality produce, fresh-baked breads and the latest in organic and natural food and wellness items. And of course, there's always plenty of parking.

The full-service deli features meats and cheeses from Boars Head meats and cheeses, chef-prepared salads made daily, and made-to-order sandwiches. You'll also find cheeses from around the world, and the best in locally-made products, like Basalt-based Avalanche Cheese Company. Stop by for everything you might need for the perfect picnic or to fuel your next hike.
In the bakery, Maria Ortiz bakes breads, cakes and breakfast pastries everyday. She’s also known for her beautiful made-to-order cakes for any occasion. In fact, she's known by some locals as "The Cake Lady."
The natural food counter is where you’ll find a juice bar, natural foods and supplements, sushi from our award-winning sushi chef, pre-made sandwiches and the latest in unique products like coconut water and mochi.
Our meat department features Choice Certified Angus beef, fresh seafood shipped in twice a week, lamb, veal, plenty of poultry and organic beef and chicken. If you don’t see what you need, let us know and we can always special items for your next event.
Since we opened, we’ve prided ourselves on what our customers want the most -- a large section of organic food and products. That includes everything from organic milk, cheese and snack foods, to a gluten-free section, beauty items and vitamins. Check out the freezer section for selections from popular natural and vegetarian lines like Amy’s Kitchen and Morningstar Farms.
Aspen also gets its fair share of visitors from around the world, so we keep special international foods in stock. Where else in town can you find a section dedicated to PG Tips Black Tea, Rowntree Fruit Gums or Heinz Treacle Sponge Pudding? We just want to make sure our small town always feels like home.
